A lot of things may seem a little more stressful to do now, there arises the temptation to stop or avoid doing mentally taxing things altogether.

The benefits of doing those slightly mentally taxing things regardless outweighs the “rest” we temporarily enjoy.

If you are asking what some of those benefits of using our workbooks, they include sharpening the brain, delaying of the signs and symptoms of aging and regular mental exercises have been known to slow the onset of Alzheimer’s disease.

Our encouragement for today is:

We know it may be fun for some Older Adults whom we refer to as Azelders, and not such fun for others, your brain is counting on you to assist it to sustain you, kindly do one exercise daily.

For the exercise above, it is quantitative. Mental Exercise – Ascending & Descending order. Ascending order means arranging the figures from smallest to highest figures and Descending order means arranging the figures from highest to smallest figure?

You must remember that (5) and (-5) are not the same figure.
